Design of Pond Transfer Device for Aquaculture Work Boat
Aquaculture work boats can be used for water grass cleaning,bait feeding,drug application,water quality monitoring,etc.The scope of their work is not limited to a single pond,but when adjacent ponds are shared,manpower is often needed to realize the transfer of aquaculture work boats,which is a time-consuming and laborious process.To solve this problem,a kind of pond transfer device for aquaculture work boat is designed.The three-point support for the work boat is formed by engaging the two sides of the gear with the overhead rack and guiding the bottom roller with the transfer track.In order to ensure that the aquaculture boat can pass through the dam without hindrance,the height and angle of the uphill,horizontal and downhill sections of the overhead rack are designed and calculated.The propeller of the aquaculture work boat is transformed into paddle wheel,which can provide power for the climbing of the turning pond and effectively prevent the entanglement of water grass.The existing application shows that the device greatly improves the efficiency of the pond transfer in aquaculture process,not only improves the utilization rate of the work boat,but also reduces the total input cost,so it has a certain popularization value.
