Design of a Ginseng Transplanting and Spraying Pesticide Machine
At present,ginseng planting is still mainly manual operation,with low production efficiency,high operation cost and high labor intensity,which is difficult to adapt to the large-scale and standardized production status of ginseng.In this paper,a kind of ginseng transplanting and spraying pesticide machine is developed,and its general structure and working principle are introduced.The test results of the prototype show that the machine can complete the work of ditching,covering soil and spraying pesticide at one time,and the ditching plate chain can ensure the consistency of the horizontal ditching depth and angle,and the soil covering can ensure the uniform and consistent thickness of the seedling soil,and the uniform spraying of the liquid after the soil covering can effectively control the disease,insects and weeds in the first time and reduce the secondary operation link.
