摘要
全面总结辽宁现代农业产业园在"十三五"时期的建设成效,深刻剖析制约其进一步高质量发展的因素,并提出进一步加强主导产业布局规划、多举措提升整体实力水平、多元化创新利益联结机制、切实完善政策支持与保障等对策建议.
Abstract
This paper comprehensively summarizes the construction results of Liaoning Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,profoundly analyzes the factors restricting its further high-quality development,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as further strengthening the layout planning of leading industries,taking multiple measures to improve the overall strength level,diversifying and innovating the interest linkage mechanism,and effectively improving policy support and guarantee.
