新农科背景下"大创"计划项目与创新人才培养探讨

摘要
在新农科建设背景下,园艺学实验教学中心通过搭建平台、提供设备及信息、开展技术与安全培训等方式来助力"大学生创新创业计划项目"的开展.从立项数量与类型、立项数量构成与学生参与度等4个方面阐述"大创"训练计划项目的实施现状,同时针对存在的问题提出搭建开放平台、规范实验操作、发挥资源优势、提供信息互享4个解决对策,以此来推动"大创"项目开展与创新人才培养.
Abstract
Under the background of the construction of new agricultural science,the experimental teaching center of horticulture helps to carry out the"College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project"by building a platform,providing equipment and information,and carrying out technical and safety training.This paper expounds the implementation status of the"Big Innovation"training project from four aspects,including the number and type of approved projects,the composition of the number of approved projects and the participation of students.In view of the existing problems,it proposes four solutions,including building an open platform,standardizing experimental operation,giving play to resource advantages,and providing information for mutual sharing,which promotes the development of"Big Innovation"project and the training of innovative talents.
