摘要
对于农业科研单位而言,会议记录是召开党政会议集中研究重要问题、民主决定重大事项等所做的原始记录.完整、准确、规范的会议记录既可以成为反映单位历史面貌、职能活动的重要档案,又可以为开展各项业务工作提供科学、真实、可靠的凭证和依据.从实际出发,深入探析农业科研单位会议记录工作中存在的突出问题及改进完善的合理化措施,以期进一步提高会议记录的质量与效能.
Abstract
For agricultural research units,meeting minutes are the original records of holding party and government meetings to conduct in-depth research on important issues and democratically decide on major matters.Complete,accurate and standardized meeting minutes can not only become an important file reflecting the historical appearance and functional activities of the unit,but also provide scientific,real and reliable vouchers and basis for carrying out various business work.From the actual,this paper deeply analyzes the outstanding problems in the meeting minutes of agricultural scientific research units and improve the rationalization measures,so as to further improve the quality and efficiency of the meeting minutes.
