省级农业科研院所党建与业务工作深度融合研究——以辽宁省经济作物研究所为例

摘要
通过对省级农业科研院所党建工作的调研,发现其仍然在一定程度上存在着党建与业务工作融合不深入的问题.为此,对党务干部队伍建设情况、党内组织生活开展情况、党员先锋模范作用发挥情况等进行分析,查找党建与业务工作衔接不够、融合不深的原因,并提出破解建议,以此来推动党建与业务工作"同频共振、双向助推",从根本上解决"两张皮"现象.
Abstract
Through the investigation of the party building work of provincial agricultural research institutes,it is found that the party building and business work are still not deeply integrated to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper analyzes the situations such as construction of the party cadres,the development of the party organization life,the vanguard role of party members,finds the reasons why the connection between party building and business work is not enough and the integration is not deep,and puts forward suggestions to crack,so as to promote"same frequency resonance and two-way boost"of party building and business work,and fundamentally solve the phenomenon of"two skins".
