Dynamic Characteristic Analysis and Waveform Control Method Research of Hydraulic Waveform Device
The development of braking technology is of great significance to the construction of national defense,the research of aerospace technology and the further development of agricultural industry technology.Based on the principle of hydraulic throttling energy consumption,a nonlinear mathematical model describing the dynamic characteristics of the waveform device is established and numerical simulation is carried out.Meanwhile,several important parameters affecting the performance of the waveform device are discussed and analyzed,and how to adjust the parameters of the waveform device regularly is explored.The amplitude and pulse width of the generated waveform meet the requirements of the pulse waveform required by the impact experiment and the end is smoothly zeroed,so as to improve the confidence of the acceleration waveform.The waveform adjustment of the hydraulic waveform device is simple,which realizes the diversified design of the waveform device and can ensure the needs of actual production.
