复合抗氧化剂/LDPE薄膜的制备及其性能研究

将复合抗氧化剂添加到低密度的聚乙烯树脂(LDPE)中,通过挤出吹塑法制备出抗氧化薄膜,并对其性能进行研究.抗氧化剂选择2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)等比例混合的丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)及2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)等比例混合的丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)与酒石酸(TA)两种类型.制备了LBB(LDPE+0.5%BHA+0.5%BHT)、LBBT(LDPE+0.5%BHA+0.5%BHT+0.5%TA)、L(LDPE)3种薄膜,并对薄膜的力学、光学、透湿性能、扫描电镜分析及抗氧化性进行检测分析.结果显示,BHA、BHT及TA复配组成的抗氧化剂与LDPE薄膜的相容性较好,不仅增大了薄膜的机械强度,还降低了水蒸气的透过率.DPPH自由基的清除率也表明,同时添加BHA、BHT及TA的薄膜,相比其他具有更好的抗氧化性.
Research on Preparation and Properties of Composite Antioxidant/LDPE Film
Composite antioxidant was added to low density polyethylene resin(LDPE),the antioxidant film was prepared by extrusion blow molding,and its properties were studied.Two types of antioxidants were selected:2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol(BHT)mixed butyl hydroxyanisole(BHA)and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol(BHT)mixed butyl hydroxyanisole(BHA)mixed with tartaric acid(TA).Three kinds of films including LBB(LDPE+0.5%BHA+0.5%BHT),LBBT(LDPE+0.5%BHA+0.5%BHT+0.5%TA)and L(LDPE)were prepared,and the mechanical,optical,moisture permeability,scanning electron microscope analysis and oxidation resistance of the films were analyzed.The results showed that the antioxidant composed of BHA,BHT and TA had good compatibility with LDPE film,increased the mechanical strength of the film,and decreased the water vapor transmittance.The scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals also showed that the films with BHA,BHT and TA added at the same time had better antioxidant properties than other films.
