Research on Personnel and Talent Management of Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions
Agricultural research-based type institutions play an important role in the development of agriculture,in which personnel management is the core management link.Combined with the current situation of public institutions,this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of personnel management in agricultural research-based type institutions from the aspects of people-oriented,talent introduction,management mechanism and information management,aiming at providing references for promoting the comprehensive reform and optimization and upgrading of institutions.
