Rural water conservancy is the foundation of agricultural development and an important guarantee for the sustainable and stable development of rural economy and society.In-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of rural water conservancy modernization construction,on this basis,this paper puts forward strategies such as increasing investment,deepening the reform of rural water conservancy management system,promoting water-saving irrigation technology,strengthening scientific and technological innovation and talent training,so as to provide references for the modernization of rural water conservancy construction.
