Liaoning 12316 Jinnong Hotline is a comprehensive information service platform jointly operated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Liaoning Provincial government.This paper introduces the situation of Jinnong Hotline service and the wrok platform extension and expansion in 2022,analyzes the changes in consulting contents,consulting channels and business needs,and puts forward countermeasures such as strengthening horizontal cooperation,strengthening data standard management and efficient use of expert teams.
