Comparison of the Effects of Four Plant Growth Regulators on Flower and Fruit Preservation in Tomatoes
In tomato production,plant growth regulators are commonly used to preserve flowers and fruits,but improper application can lead to flower and fruit drop or the production of deformed fruits,thereby reduce the commercial fruit rate.The effects of 4 different plant growth regulators on tomato were studied.The results indicated that under the same cultivation management and environmental conditions,the flower and fruit preservation as well as the yield-increasing effect of plant growth regulator No.12 was superior to other plant growth regulators.
