农用植保无人机在野外作业时存在载荷量小、电池使用时间短、路况不好的地段到达困难等问题.利用全地形车通过性强等优点,对UTV800-2型全地形车进行改造,以解决无人机电池充电、运输等问题.车中间增加一套动力输出装置,其动力输出端连接小型发电机,以使其为无人机电池充电;车后部增加一个运载无人机平台;车顶加装一个为无人机提供药液补给的箱体.设计计算动力输出装置输出轴的转速、扭矩、强度和三角带的传递功率等主要技术参数.结果表明,对UTV800-2型全地形车进行的改造满足设计要求,可为农用植保无人机的应用提供参考和技术支撑.
Design of Power Output Device for UTV800-2 All-terrain Vehicle
Agricultural plant protection UAV has problems such as low payload capacity,short battery life,and difficulty in reaching areas with poor road conditions during field operations.According to the advantages of strong accessibility of ATV,the UTV800-2 all-terrain vehicle is transformed to solve the problems of UAV battery charging and transportation.The modification included the addition of a power take-off device,which is connected to a small generator to charge the drone's battery;An extra platform for transporting drones was added to the rear of the vehicle;A box for supplying liquid to the drone was installed on the roof.The design calculated the main technical parameters such as the output speed,torque,strength of the output shaft of the power output device and the transmission power of the trinagle belt.The results show that the modifications made to the UTV800-2 all-terrain vehicle meet the design requirements and can provide reference and technical support for the application of agricultural plant protection UAV.
