摘要
热应激反应是家禽养殖中主要的环境应激反应,会引发家禽严重的生理反应,如酸碱平衡紊乱、脂肪代谢受阻、免疫能力受损等,从而影响家禽的生长和生产性能,如死亡率增加、蛋鸡产蛋量下降、鸡蛋品质下降、肉鸡胴体质量下降等.阐述热应激反应对鸡的健康状况及生产性能的影响,提出相应的缓解策略,旨在为减轻鸡养殖中的热应激反应提供参考.
Abstract
Heat stress response is a major environmental stress reaction in poultry farming,which can trigger severe physiological reactions in poultry,such as acid-base balance disorder,fat metabolism blocked,immune capacity damage,thus affect the growth and performance of poultry,such as increased mortality,laying hens production,egg quality decline,chicken carcass quality decline,etc.This article expounds the effect of heat stress response on the health status and production performance of chickens,and proposes corresponding mitigation strategies,aiming to provide reference for alleviating heat stress reactions in chicken farming.
