The article based on the case study of"Value and Reuse of Food Processing By-products",explores the integration of industry-university-research to empower the educational reform of professional master's education.By analyzing the current state of food specialty education,it summarizes the existing problems in the education of applied professional masters from three perspectives:universities,enterprises,and university-enterprise cooperation.In line with the requirements of food specialty education and talent cultivation,and based on the existing university-enterprise cooperation models,the article proposes a model of integration of industry-university-research.This model combines case courses with social practice,creates a digital collaborative platform,and creates diversified university-enterprise cooperation models to meet the training requirements of professional masters in food specialties.From the perspective of talent cultivation,the article establishes the positioning,direction,and goals of talent cultivation,and optimizes the training plan,it can construct an applied talent training model for food specialties,thereby achieves the goal of empowering professional master's education through the integration of industry-university-research.
