Research on the Application of"5E"Teaching Model in the"Mechanical Basics"Course based on the Engineering Certification Orientation
"Mechanical Basics"is an important foundational course for the Food Science and Engineering major,playing a supporting role in the teaching of engineering courses for food professionals,and is a key link in the talent training of engineering education.The study aims to improve the teaching quality of the"Mechanical Basics"course,proposing a"5E"teaching model based on the engineering certification orientation.Through exploration,engagement,explanation,evaluation,and elaboration,and with the help of the Rain Classroom online teaching platform,the teaching process is divided into three parts:Pre-class,in-class,and post-class,which helps to enhance students' understanding of knowledge,improve teaching quality,optimize teaching outcomes,and provide a reference for improving the teaching level of the"Mechanical Basics"course in food professional colleges.
