气化原料与气化炉的安全性匹配研究

摘要
煤气化过程的安全性是影响气化炉对气化原料适应性的重要因素之一,也是保障气化炉长周期稳定运行的关键.采用模糊逻辑并结合气化炉系统的设备树,构建一个表征设备运行安全性的综合评价指标,用以评价气化原料与气化炉的安全性.基于该评价方法,对不同混配比例的神优3煤和神优2煤在气化炉上运行的工业试验数据进行分析,结果表明:不同混配比例的神优3煤和神优2煤与气化炉的安全性匹配总体评价得分均在95 分以上,表明该气化原料与航天炉的安全性匹配较好.同时对评价过程中部分匹配性较差的工艺参数进行了分析,如氧气预热器氧气出口压力与气化炉压差、气化炉渣口压差及气化炉激冷室液位等,并对这些参数提出了相应的改进建议.
Abstract
Gasification safety,an important factor for the adaptability of gasifier to gasified feedstock,is the key to maintain the long-term stable operation of gasifier.A comprehensive evaluation indicator characterizing the safety of equipment operation was presented based on the fuzzy logic and the equipment tree of gasifier system,in order to evaluate the safety between gasified feedstock and gasifier.The industrial test data of Shenyou 3 coal and Shenyou 2 coal with different mixing ratios in gasifiers were analyzed on the basis of this evaluation method.This result showed that the overall evaluation score of safety matching between Shenyou 3 coal and Shenyou 2 coal with different mixing ratios and gasifiers exceeded 95 points,indicating good safety matching between gasified feedstock and HT-L gasifier.Besides,after an analysis made on some process parameters with poor matching during evaluation,such as the oxygen outlet pressure of oxygen preheater and the pressure difference of gasifier,the pressure difference of gasifier slag outlet,and the liquid level of gasifier cooling chamber,appropriate suggestions for improvement were proposed for these process parameters.
