摘要
研究首次提出基于"黑灯工厂、黑灯车间、黑屏运行"的"三黑"理念,以指导火电、水电、新能源电站开展智能化升级建设,实现安全、高效、清洁、低碳、灵活、智能"六型电厂"和高级、卓越级智能电站等建设目标.结果表明:智慧电厂1.0开展了自主可控智能工控系统、5G物联网、工业互联网、BIM三维建模与数字孪生、视频识别、机器人、物联计算等方面的技术探索与升级改造,全方位提升了基础设施及智能装备、智能发电、智慧管理的支撑能力,具备了向智慧电厂2.0升级建设的条件.基于电力物联网、透明锅炉、智能控制等技术,打造黑灯燃料岛、黑灯环保岛、黑灯化学岛、黑灯锅炉岛、黑灯仓储等黑灯车间,以火电iDCS2.0、火电iDCS3.0、水电流域集控、新能源区域集控等技术,实现黑灯工厂、黑屏运行.
Abstract
The research firstly proposes the"Triple Dark"concept-Dark Factory,Dark Workshop and Dark Screen,to guide the intelligent upgrade and construction of thermal,hydro-,and new energy power plants.The objective is to realize the establishment of"Six-type"power plants,which are characterized as being safe,efficient,clean,low-carbon,flexible,and intelligent,and to develop advanced and superior intelligent power stations.The findings demonstrate that Smart Power Plant 1.0 has undergone technological exploration and transformations,including autonomous and controllable intelligent industrial control systems,5G IoT,in-dustrial internet,BIM 3D modeling and digital twins,video recognition,robots,and IoT computing.These ad-vances comprehensively enhance the supporting capabilities of infrastructure,intelligent equipment,smart pow-er generation,and intelligent management,thereby laying the foundation for the transition to Smart Power Plant 2.0.By leveraging technologies such as power IoT,transparent boilers,and intelligent control,it is pos-sible to create dark workshops encompassing"dark fuel island,""dark environmental protection island","dark chemical island","dark boiler island",and"dark storage";by employing technologies like iDCS 2.0 and iDCS 3.0 for thermal power,concentrated basin control for hydropower,and regional control for new energy,it becomes possible to achieve"dark factory"and"dark screen"operations.
