In view of the lack of long-term operational experience in the application of bypass flue evapora-tion technology for high-salinity wastewater,as well as the problems in system design,equipment selection,and operation and maintenance in practical engineering applications,this study proposes corresponding im-provement methods and countermeasures.The optimization includes the selection of atomized water pumps,ar-rangement of flue gas ducts,positioning of temperature measurement points in the evaporator,installation of material breaking devices on the side wall of the ash hopper,addition of high-flow flushing measures for at-omized water pipelines,and the use of V-shaped regulating ball valves for evaporator atomized water control.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the problems encountered during the operation of the bypass flue evap-oration system for high-salinity wastewater in a thermal power plant,targeted measures are proposed from pro-cess,equipment,and operation and maintenance perspectives to ultimately achieve safe and stable operation of the system.
