摘要

采用热失重(TG)、偏光显微镜(PLM)、熔体流动速率(MFR)、核磁共振光谱分析(NMR)、不稳定端基含量、表面甲醛含量、力学性能、黄色指数分析和碳钢腐蚀等方法研究了通用级聚甲醛MC90产品和实验室自制低腐蚀级MC90-A聚甲醛的性能.结果表明:低腐蚀级MC90-A力学性能与通用级聚甲醛MC90产品相当,但具有更低的表面甲醛含量、不稳定端基含量和甲酸含量,因此能够更好地防止加工过程中对挤出设备和模具的腐蚀.

Abstract

This paper carries out research on the properties of general-purpose polyformaldehyde MC90 and laboratory-made low-corrosion polyformaldehyde MC90-A by means of,among others,thermogravimetric(TG)analysis,polarized light microscopy(PLM),melt mass-flow rate(MFR),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy,unstable end group content,surface formaldehyde content analysis,mechanical property analysis,yellowness index analysis and carbon steel corrosion analysis.The results show that the low-corrosion poly-formaldehyde MC90-A has equivalent mechanical properties to general-purpose polyformaldehyde MC90,but displays lower surface formaldehyde content,unstable end group content and formic acid content,and is hence able to better prevent corrosion on extruders and moulds during processing.
