Based on the analysis on health monitoring of hydraulic system of core components of DCL-32 tamping machine,the main machine in the field of rail maintenance,and the research on,among others,the selection and layout of hardware within health monitoring system architecture of hydraulic system,and health monitoring indicators and process,the reliable and stable operation of hydraulic system is realized to guaran-tee the efficient completion of maintenance tasks with rail heavy-duty maintenance machinery within the limit-ed construction window.
