摘要
以新能源为主体的新型电力系统与传统以火电为主的电力系统相比,具有间歇性、随机性等特点,对电网的安全稳定运行带来挑战.建立适应新能源特性的源网荷储协同互动电力系统运行新模式,将有效提升电网安全保障能力.负荷聚合商业务是在源网荷储平台模式下应运而生的,通过技术、市场双重手段调控用户侧以响应电网各类调节需求,确保电网安全运行.设计开发负荷聚合商系统,是为聚合商解决交易过程中的需求获取、聚合方案申报等问题,通过互联网提升与代理用户之间的沟通效率,提供智能申报策略决策支持、市场分析、交易复盘等辅助功能,提升交易水平,增加交易收益.
Abstract
Compared with traditional electric power system dominated by thermal power,new electric power systems with new energy as the mainstay exhibits characteristics such as intermittency and randomness,pos-ing challenges to the safe and stable operation of power grids.Establishing a new operation mode of electric power systems that adapts to the characteristics of renewable energy and coordinates the interaction between sources,grids,loads,and storage systems will effectively enhance the security and reliability of power grids.The load aggregator business emerged under the model of source-grid-load-storage platform,which responds to grid regulation needs and ensures the safe operation of power grids by regulating the user side through technology and market.Designing and developing a load aggregator system aims to address issues such as de-mand acquisition and aggregation plan submission encountered by aggregators during the trading process.It le-verages the Internet to enhance communication efficiency with agent users,and provides auxiliary functions such as intelligent decision support for strategies,market analysis,and transaction review,contributing to the improvement of trading levels and increase in trading profits.
