摘要
随着新一轮电力体制改革的推进,我国电力市场建设步伐加快,多元化竞争主体格局初步形成,市场在资源优化配置中的作用明显增强.同时,电力市场的新变化对于发电企业的营销体系建设也提出了新要求.面对电改新形势,发电企业要紧盯电改新政策的发布,加快市场营销管理体系的创新,紧跟电力市场改革的步伐,精准把握电力营销的特性,注重电力营销员队伍素质的增强,促进电力营销工作质量与水平的提升.全方位做好电力市场营销管理工作,对保障发电企业在新形势下抢占先机,推动高质量发展具有重要作用.
Abstract
With the advancement of the new round of power system reform,the pace of China's electricity market construction has accelerated,and a diversified competitive landscape has initially taken shape with the role of the market in optimizing the allocation of resources becoming increasingly prominent.Simultaneously,the new changes in the electricity market have also imposed new requirements on the construction of market-ing systems of power generation enterprises.Facing the new situation of electricity reform,power generation enterprises should keep a close eye on the issuance of new policies for electricity reform,accelerate the inno-vation of their marketing management system,keep up with the pace of the electricity market reform,accu-rately grasp the characteristics of electricity marketing,focus on enhancing the quality of their electricity mar-keting team,and promote the improvement of the quality and level of electricity marketing work.Improving the management of electricity marketing comprehensively plays a crucial role in ensuring that power genera-tion enterprises seize opportunities under the new situation and promote high-quality development.
