摘要
随着国内电力市场的建设,新能源参与电力市场是发展的必经之路.考虑福建省电力现货市场的建设情况与新能源出力特点,研究新能源分阶段参与福建省电力现货交易机制.初期,以报量不报价的方式参与现阶段的福建省电力现货市场;后期,以报量报价的方式参与完善的福建省电力现货市场.通过探讨新能源参与福建省电力现货交易机制,能够使新能源保持全额消纳,鼓励新能源电厂以市场机制掌握市场规则,获得更好的收益,有利于推动新能源市场化发展.
Abstract
With the development of the domestic electricity market,the participation of new energy sources in the electricity market is a necessary path for future growth.Taking into account the construction status of Fujian's electricity spot market and the characteristics of new energy output,this paper studies the phased participation of new energy sources in Fujian electricity spot trading mechanism.In the initial stage,new en-ergy sources will participate in Fujian's electricity spot market by reporting quantities without offering prices.In the later stage,they will participate in the improved Fujian electricity spot market by reporting both quan-tities and prices.By exploring the mechanism for new energy sources to participate in Fujian's electricity spot market trading,it can ensure that new energy is fully consumed,encourage new energy power plants to grasp market rules through market mechanisms,and obtain better returns,which is conducive to promoting the market-oriented development of new energy.
