摘要

随着2021年第三季度煤炭市场价格大幅上涨以来,中国电力市场改革再次迎来了快速推进的局面,能源保供、必发电量、电价上浮、有序用电等词汇越来越频繁地出现在电力系统中.在电价上浮20%仍不足以平衡电力市场供需关系的情况下,电力现货市场应运而生.这种以社会福利最大化、发电成本最优化、供需平衡市场化的电力交易新规则,一举成为电力市场营销的新宠儿.如何厘清电力营销与现货市场的关系,掌握交易规则和原理,学懂弄通交易技巧和技能,在未来的电力市场博弈中立于不败之地,既是发电企业的主修课,也是工商业用户的必修课.

Abstract

Since the significant surge in coal market prices in the third quarter of 2021,the reform of Chi-na's electricity market has once again seen rapid progress,with terms such as energy supply security,guaran-teed generation volume,electricity price hikes,and orderly electricity consumption becoming increasingly fre-quent in the power system.When a 20%increase in electricity prices is still insufficient to balance the sup-ply and demand relationship in the electricity market,the emergence of the electricity spot market becomes inevitable.This new electricity trading rule,aimed at maximizing social welfare,optimizing generation costs,and marketizing supply and demand balance,has become a new favorite in electricity marketing.Clarifying the relationship between electricity marketing and the spot market,mastering trading rules and principles,and understanding trading skills and techniques are not only essential courses for power generation enterpris-es but also required courses for industrial and commercial users to remain competitive in the future electrici-ty market.
