摘要
我国加快推进以新能源为主体的新型电力系统建设,与之相适应的电力市场建设也在有序推进,国家能源集团江西电力提出"坚持传统产业转型升级和新兴产业规模质量发展两端发力",通过数字化转型创新创效.国家能源集团江西电力有限公司(以下简称江西公司)提出依托现有旭坞集中式储能电站,结合分布式光伏电站、聚合工业园区可调负荷,研发江西公司虚拟电厂平台,实现监视、聚合、管理、决策等功能,从市场应对、平台支持、商业模式创新方面探索虚拟电厂建设,实现综合能源服务拓展升级.
Abstract
China is accelerating its construction of a new power system with new energy as the mainstay,and the construction of a power market that is compatible with it is also progressing in an orderly manner.China Energy has proposed to"insist on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the de-velopment of new industries in terms of scale and quality,"innovating and creating value through digital transformation.Guoneng Jiangxi Energy Sales Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jiangxi Company)proposes to rely on the existing Xuwu centralized energy storage station,combine distributed photovoltaic power sta-tions and adjustable loads in industrial parks,and develop a virtual power plant platform for Jiangxi Compa-ny to achieve functions such as monitoring,aggregation,management,and decision-making.Jiangxi Company explores the construction of virtual power plants in terms of market response,platform support,and business model innovation,aiming to achieve the expansion and upgrading of comprehensive energy services.
