摘要

随着数字科学不断取得重大突破,数字驱动的方式已然贯穿工业领域的各个生命周期,传统工业的工作方式产生了信息化的革新.SCR脱硝催化剂是脱硝环保的最有效技术之一,但该行业当前数字化水平较低,数字化改造已成为亟待解决的问题之一.以SCR脱硝催化剂的数字化改造需求为切入点,总结数据采集技术、状态监测技术、异常预警技术、决策辅助技术、智能控制技术在工业数字化的应用场景,从设计环节、生产环节、管理环节、服务环节梳理新型数字技术带来的创新型应用,分析工业数字化改造面临的机遇与挑战.

Abstract

With significant breakthroughs continuously being made in digital science,digital-driven methods have now permeated all life cycles of the industrial sector,bringing about an informatization revolution in tra-ditional industrial workflows.SCR denitrification catalyst is one of the most effective technologies for denitrifi-cation and environmental protection,but the current digitalization level in this industry is relatively low.Digi-tal transformation has become one of the urgent issues to be addressed.Taking the digital transformation needs of SCR denitrification catalysts as a starting point,this paper summarizes the application scenarios of data acquisition technology,condition monitoring technology,anomaly warning technology,decision support technology,and intelligent control technology in industrial digitalization,examines the innovative applications brought by new digital technologies in the design,production,management,and service phases,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced in industrial digital transformation.
