Innovation and Practical Exploration of Industry-Education Integration Model and Collaborative Education in State-Owned-Enterprise-Run Voca-tional Colleges
With industrial transformation and upgrading and economic restructuring,the gap and conflict of high-quality technical and skilled talent have become increasingly prominent.The reform and development of vocational colleges run by state-owned enterprises have faced difficulties and challenges.Taking Ningxia Voca-tional College of Industry(CHN Energy Vocational College)as an example,this paper analyzes the shortcom-ings and deficiencies in the"school-enterprise symbiosis,collaborative education,and industry-education inte-gration"model,proposes to deepen industry-education integration and comprehensively enhances the level of customized education with"order-based training,targeted employment,and customized education"as the main approach.The reform measures include maintaining close collaboration between school and enterprise,optimiz-ing the professional settings for customized education,continuously improving the conditions for customized ed-ucation,accelerating the improvement of practical training facilities for customized education,and establishing and operating customized education industrial colleges to effectively stimulate the vitality of industry-educa-tion integration and accelerated the improvement of talent training quality of colleges.
