Exploring Strategies for the Export of China's Coal-Fired Power Plant En-ergy-Saving and Environmental Technology and Equipment under the"Belt and Road"Initiative
Under the background of global response to climate security and energy security,the global phase-out of coal in the power industry varies across different countries and regions.The high-quality joint construc-tion of the"Belt and Road"Initiative provides market opportunities for China′s advanced coal-fired power plant energy-saving and environmental transformation industry,which has reached saturation domestically,to expand internationally.Taking into account the resource endowments,power structure,and economic character-istics of the countries along the"Belt and Road"Initiative,and leveraging China′s technical advantages in the coal-fired power transformation industry,strategies are proposed from the perspective of the"national team"in terms of selecting countries,choosing partners and cooperation methods,and selecting energy-saving and environmental technology and equipment.South Africa is chosen for potential cooperation analysis,and a case study is conducted on the export of coal-fired power plant energy-saving and environmental technologies and equipment.
