Empowered by technologies such as"Cloud Computing,Big Data,Internet of Things,Mobile Inter-net,Artificial Intelligence and Block Chain",which promotes the reform of financial management model[1],the concept of financial sharing comes into being.However,most enterprises in China face numerous risks and hidden dangers in the process of establishing a financial shared service model.The paper introduces how the DB Financial Shared Service Center seizes new opportunities,solves difficulties,and promotes develop-ment amid changes.It focuses on key development tasks,takes proactive measures,and explores how to pre-vent financial risks through internal control and risk management,ensuring the quality of accounting and pro-moting the improvement of management service levels.This paper proposes to use the closed-loop manage-ment mode of"six dimensions and four-ations"to improve management efficiency,with BI as the medium,ERP as the platform,"six dimensions"as the starting point,"four-ations"as the result,risk prevention as the purpose,service improvement as the objective and team building as the guarantee,to establish a digital intelligent management system for internal prevention and control,and to implement online monitoring and control of financial risks throughout the cycle.Through intensive management and centralized control,it is of guiding significance for enterprise management to realize strategic undertaking and continuously create value.
