摘要

在煤矿生产过程中,煤矿供电系统的漏电保护中的误动、拒动事件屡有发生,导致开关跳闸、无法送电的情况,对煤矿正常生产造成严重影响.针对长期困扰煤矿安全生产的煤矿漏电保护问题,从煤矿井下供电系统漏电保护的原理和特点出发,分析漏电保护使用过程存在的问题,归纳出误动、拒动的原因,提出了减少煤矿井下供电系统漏电保护误动作的措施,主要包括避免系统中同时存在两套附加直流漏电保护方式,提高选择性漏电保护检测元件灵敏度,系统按照总馈、分馈两级布置确保至少附加直流漏电保护可靠动作等.通过总结漏电保护使用过程存在的问题,找到误动、拒动的原因,并进行合理化的改进,对提高煤矿供电系统可靠性和安全性具有重要意义.

Abstract

Leakage protection is one of the most important measures to ensure the underground power supply system in coal mines.During coal mine production,false trips and failure to trip events in the leakage pro-tection of the coal mine power supply system frequently occur,which lead to switch tripping and the inabili-ty to restore power,severely impacting normal production of coal mine.To address the issue of leakage pro-tection in coal mines,which has long troubled work safety,this paper starts from the principles and charac-teristics of leakage protection in underground coal mine power supply systems to analyze problems encoun-tered during the use of leakage protection,summarize the causes of false trips and failure to trip,and propos-es measures to reduce false trips in underground coal mine power supply systems.These measures include:avoiding the simultaneous presence of two sets of additional DC leakage protection methods in the system,im-proving the sensitivity of selective leakage protection detection components,and ensuring reliable operation of at least the additional DC leakage protection by arranging the system in two levels—main feeder and branch feeder.By summarizing the problems existing in the use of leakage protection,the causes of false trips and failure to trip are found,and reasonable improvement is made,which is of great significance to improve the reliability and safety of coal mine power supply system.
