摘要

通过采用离合型永磁耦合器改变空预器减速机主、辅驱动方式,改善空预器减速机液力耦合器、超越离合器高故障率.结果表明:采用离合型永磁耦合器使主、辅电机可脱开进行故障在线检修,有效地降低了两传动部件故障率.同时,通过永磁传动改造消除了主、辅驱动空预器减速机输出转速差,实现了主、辅电机互为备用,空预器减速机安全性与可靠性得到显著提高.

Abstract

By using a clutch-type permanent magnet coupler to change the main and auxiliary drive modes of air preheater gearbox,improvements are made to the high failure rates of fluid coupler and overrunning clutch in air preheater reducers.The results indicate that the adoption of the clutch-type permanent magnet coupler allows the main and auxiliary motors to be disconnected for online fault inspection,effectively reduc-ing the failure rates of both transmission components.At the same time,the permanent magnet drive modifica-tion has eliminated the output speed difference between the main and auxiliary drive air preheater reducers,enabling the main and auxiliary motors to serve as backups for each other.This has significantly improved the safety and reliability of air preheater reducer.
