摘要

回龙山水电站装有2×36 MW的轴流转桨式水轮发电机组,机组安装高程为-8 m,尾水隧洞长为120 m,机组工作密封经过多次改造、检修,止水效果不佳.通过分析历次工作密封改造失败的原因,最终自主研究改造一种填料式与随动式组合的水轮发电机工作密封装置,彻底解决了工作密封漏水量大的问题.此密封装置已取得国家实用新型专利.

Abstract

Huilongshan Hydropower Station is equipped with a 2×36 MW axial-flow paddle turbine generator unit,with an installation elevation of-8 m and a tailrace tunnel length of 120 m.The working seal of the generator unit has been modified and overhauled for many times,but the water sealing effect is not good.This paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of previous working seal modification,and finally studies and modifies a kind of working seal for hydro-generators with packing independently,which completely solves the problem of high water leakage from working seal.This seal has obtained the national utility model patent.
