摘要
为了应对当前调运工作面临的效率和准确性挑战,针对煤炭调运分流的信息化问题,需要进行全面的升级策略研究.提出煤炭调运分流信息化升级"三步走"建设目标,旨在实现调运流程的信息化和智能化;提出业务流程可视化"两步走"建设目标,以提高业务流程的透明度和可管理性.通过策略的实施,不仅能提高调运分流效率,为决策提供更多智能支持和更全面的数据分析,满足现代信息化和智能化管理的需求,还将有助于克服当前工作流程的复杂性和对人工操作的依赖性,使煤炭调运分流业务向高效和智能化迈进.
Abstract
In response to the efficiency and accuracy challenges faced by current coal transportation,a com-prehensive upgrade strategy research is needed for the informationization of coal transportation and diversion.The proposed"three-step"construction goal for the information-based upgrade of coal transportation and di-version aims to achieve informationization and intelligentization of the transportation process,while the pro-posed"two-step"construction goal for the visualization of business processes"seeks to enhance the transpar-ency and manageability of business processes.By implementing these strategies,the efficiency of transporta-tion and diversion can be improved to provide more intelligent support for decision-making and comprehen-sive data analysis,and meet the requirements of modern information-based and intelligent management.More-over,it will help overcome the complexity of current workflows and reduce dependence on manual operations,advancing coal transportation and diversion towards higher efficiency and intelligence.
