摘要
ERP系统作为企业信息化过程中不可或缺的环节,在重构业务模式、实现业财融合、提升战略管控能力等方面扮演着关键角色.随着ERP系统的广泛普及和深入应用,企业对一线员工岗位技能操作水平以及跨部门业务协同能力的要求日益提高,亟需充分发挥ERP系统的价值,持续为业务赋能.面对企业ERP系统应用水平提升的迫切需要,国家能源集团通过举办集团级ERP技能操作大赛,推动员工技能水平不断提升.研究应用了一种基于分布式微服务架构的ERP技能操作赛事服务平台,有效支撑了集团级ERP赛事的承办,降低了企业培训成本,显著提高了赛事运营效率.
Abstract
As an indispensable part of enterprise informationization process,ERP system plays a crucial role in restructuring business models,achieving integration of business and finance,and enhancing strategic man-agement capabilities.With the widespread adoption and extensive application of ERP system,enterprises are increasingly demanding higher skill levels in job operations for frontline employees and improved cross-depart-mental business collaboration capabilities.It is crucial to fully leverage the value of ERP system to continu-ously empower businesses.In response to the pressing need for enhancing the application proficiency of ERP system within the enterprise,CHN Energy has organized a group-level ERP skill competition to drive continu-ous improvement in employee skill levels.This paper investigates and applies a distributed microservice archi-tecture-based ERP skill competition service platform,which effectively supports the organization of group-lev-el ERP competitions,reduces training costs for the enterprise,and significantly improves the operational effi-ciency of the competitions.
