Abstract
CHN Energy has established the"One-goal,Three-orientation,Five-modernization,and Seven-first-class"development strategy.It regards digital transformation as an important implementation path to build a world-class energy group with global competitiveness.According to the positioning of new group,new goal,and new starting point,it will construct a comprehensive architecture for digital transformation from aspects such as top-level design,building basic platforms,practicing smart operations,promoting intelligent manage-ment,and exploring intelligent production.Through digitalization,it aims to promote management efficiency through digitization,empower production and operation efficiency through digital transformation,achieve dual-driven management of business and data,and reconstruct core competitiveness.
