摘要

针对贵州省煤矿企业瓦斯超限事故发生原因及次数进行分析统计,并利用熵权-TOPSIS法对相对贴进度等指标进行计算和评价.结果表明:影响瓦斯超限的主导因素是供配电系统故障、通风管理不到位、施钻及管路管理不到位,权重系数值分别为26.45%、21.79%、21.17%;瓦斯超限影响因素与理想解的相对贴进度最大,应针对施钻及管路、供配电系统加强管理,减少瓦斯超限,促进安全生产.

Abstract

This paper makes an analysis and statistical study on the causes and frequency of gas over-limit accidents in coal mining enterprises in Guizhou Province,and utilizes entropy weight TOPSIS method to cal-culate and evaluate various indicators,such as relative closeness.The results show that the dominant factors influencing gas over-limit accidents are power supply and distribution system malfunction,inadequate ventila-tion management,and poor management of drilling and piping,with weight coefficients of 26.45%,21.79%,and 21.17%respectively.Additionally,the relative closeness of factors influencing gas over-limit accidents to the ideal solution is the largest.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management of drilling and piping as well as the power distribution system to reduce gas over-limit accidents and promote safety in production.
