大直径圆管平行错位斜向连接技术研究

摘要
针对大直径圆管无法采用常规的冷弯或热弯方式改变方向,空间平行错位过渡连接时处理相对复杂的特点,通过推导提供了一种双斜切法纠偏连接技术,给出了斜切尺寸的求解算法、斜切段的现场定位及安装方法,并提供了工程实例,提高了作业效率.
Abstract
In response to the challenge that,for large-diameter round pipes,it is unable to change pipe di-rection by means of conventional cold or hot bending methods,and it is complicated to have pipes connected by means of parallel misaligned transitions,this paper presents a derived technology to connect pipes on the basis of double angled cutting for deviation correction,gives the algorithm for solving angled cut size,and field localization and installation method of angled cut sections,and provides an engineering case which dem-onstrates the improved working efficiency with the use of the said technology.
