摘要

以新疆某大型煤化工项目循环水水冷器从运行过程中遇到的实际问题为例,从电化学腐蚀、氯离子腐蚀、垢下腐蚀、微生物腐蚀、工艺介质、补水水质影响等方面分析了造成煤化工循环水冷却器腐蚀的原因及机理,并从换热器材质选型、循环水水质日常管控、清洗预膜管理、补水比例调配和药剂服务商选择等方面提出解决方法,对煤化工循环水管理和循环水换热器管理具有一定的参考意义.

Abstract

Taking the real problems encountered during the operation of the circulating water cooler in a large-scale coal chemical project in Xinjiang as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons and mechanisms for the corrosion of circulating water coolers in coal chemical industry from the perspective of electrochemical corrosion,chloride ion corrosion,under-deposit corrosion,microbiological influenced corrosion(MIC),process medium,and the influence of makeup water quality.It also proposed solutions in terms of heat exchanger ma-terial selection,daily control of circulating water quality,cleaning and pre-film management,makeup water ra-tio allocation,and selection of chemical service providers.Therefore,it can be used for reference on circulat-ing water management and circulating water heat exchanger management in coal chemical enterprises.
