摘要
在聚丙烯生产过程中,异常工况不仅影响聚丙烯产品质量,严重时还会造成装置非计划停车.结合Novolen聚丙烯工艺特点,针对生产过程中出现的问题给出在线解决方案及应对措施,确保装置长周期运行,同时也为类似装置提供技术借鉴.
Abstract
In the production process of polypropylene,abnormal operating conditions not only affect the quali-ty of polypropylene products,but can also cause unplanned shutdowns of the equipment in severe cases.Therefore,it is particularly important to deal with the abnormal operating conditions of the plant online.Based on the characteristics of Novolen polypropylene process,online solutions and countermeasures are pro-vided to address the problems that arise during the production process,so as to ensure long-term operation of the plant and provide technical reference for similar plants.
