摘要

为贯彻落实科技保安全理念,提升铁路企业机车检修安全质量管理水平,利用信息化技术研究机车检修综合管理信息系统.通过分析计划落实、过程管控、设备管理、配件管理、工具管理、作业许可、吊具管理等机车检修关键环节,利用智能检测、计算机网络控制、虹膜识别、数据库、软件开发、视频监控、RFID标签应用、门禁控制等关键技术,设计铁路机车综合检修管理信息系统.研究结果表明,该系统实现了作业许可安全高效,交叉作业衔接安全有序,检修过程可视可控,配件寿命周期可询,技术资料管理科学规范,检修资源多工种共享,为机车检修管理提供了安全科技保障.

Abstract

In order to implement the concept of enhancing safety with scientific and technological means,and improve the safety and quality management level of locomotive maintenance in railway enterprises,the comprehensive management information system of locomotive maintenance is studied by using information tech-nology.By analyzing key aspects of locomotive maintenance such as plan implementation,process control,equipment management,accessory management,tool management,permit to work(PTW),and lifting equip-ment management,and utilizing key technologies such as intelligent test,computer network control,iris recog-nition,database,software development,video surveillance,RFID tag application,and access control,a compre-hensive railway locomotive maintenance management information system is designed.Research has shown that the system achieves safe and efficient PTWs,safe and orderly cross operation connections,visible and control-lable maintenance processes,queriable accessory life cycles,scientific and standardized technical data manage-ment,and multi-work-type sharing of maintenance resources,providing safety and technological guarantees for locomotive maintenance management.
