Staff training is an important channel for enterprise personnel training,and the informatization lev-el of training program determines the management mode and overall quality and efficiency of staff training.The design of training program management information system based on the value chain concept builds a training program management information framework with full life cycle and whole process management for training enterprises,which provides practical models for building the training program digital management sys-tem,standardizing resource management,and achieving information sharing.Taking the practical construction of training program information system in enterprises'party school as an example,this paper expounds the de-sign of the training program management information system based on the value chain concept,which pro-vides innovative practical reference for the informationization construction of training enterprises.
