摘要

矿井水害作为煤矿的重大灾害之一,由于其隐蔽性较强,难以预测和防治.针对现有煤矿预警方法和预警平台在时空数据规范化和一致性、数据接入和更新的易操作性、数据分析和应用的智能性、灾害预警的时效性和准确度等方面存在的不足,提出了基于GIS的煤矿水害监测预警方法,设计了矿井—公司两级水害预警GIS平台架构、空间分析、网络分析、叠置分析、相关分析和超前预测预报计算模型和分布式服务计算策略,开发了含矿井和公司两级的煤矿水害监测预警GIS平台,实现了宁煤公司及其16对矿井基础地理、水文地质和水害监测的信息共享和融合分析,提高了煤矿水害预警的准确性和可靠性,实现了煤矿水害预警和应急管理的自动化和智能化,为煤矿水害的有效防治奠定了技术基础.

Abstract

As one of the major disasters in coal mine,mine water disaster is difficult to predict and prevent due to its concealment.In view of the shortcomings of existing coal mine early warning methods and plat-forms in the spatio-temporal data normalization and consistency,ease of data access and updating,intelli-gence of data analysis and application,and the timeliness and accuracy of disaster early warning,we pro-posed the GIS-based monitoring and early warning methods for mine water disasters,designed the mine-and company-level GIS platform architecture,spatial analysis,network analysis,overlay analysis,correlation analy-sis and advance forecasting calculation models and distributed service calculation strategies,developed a mine-and company-level GIS platform for monitoring and early warning of coal mine water disasters,achieved the information sharing and fusion analysis of basic geographical,hydrogeological and water disaster monitoring of Ningxia Coal and its 16 mines,improved the accuracy and reliability of early warning,and real-ized the automation and intelligence of early warning and emergency management of mine water disasters,thus laying a technical foundation for making effective decisions on prevention and control of mine water di-sasters.
