摘要

任家庄煤矿110902风巷为煤岩交互复合顶板,根据该巷实际地质赋存条件和应力实测值,进行UDEC模型设计,建立了巷道位移运算步数模型,得出当应力释放值R为1.0时,顶煤出现非常明显的裂隙,并向煤层深部、巷道两帮延伸.在应力释放系数R为1.0时,分别采用长度为1.0 m、2.0 m、3.0 m的锚杆模拟,揭示了随着锚杆长度从1.0 m增加到合理长度,围岩松动圈逐渐缩小,且裂隙数量大幅下降,裂隙深度控制在锚固区内.基于煤岩交互复合顶板支护技术,确定110902风巷锚杆长度为2.4 m,并重新设计了110902风巷支护方案.十字布点监测结果表明,巷道支护圈抑制了巷道围岩变形,断面尺寸完全可以满足安全生产使用.

Abstract

The 110902#roadway of Renjiazhuang Coal Mine uses coal-rock interaction composite roof.Ac-cording to the actual geological occurrence conditions and the measured stress value of the roadway,the UDEC model design was carried out,and the roadway displacement calculation step model was established.It is concluded that if the stress release value R is 1.0,obvious cracks appear in the top coal and extend to the deep seam and the two sides of the roadway.In the case of a stress release value R=1.0,bolts with lengths of 1.0m,2.0m and 3.0m were respectively used for simulation,which revealed that as the bolt length increased from 1.0m to a reasonable length,the relaxation zone of the surrounding rock gradually decreased,the number of cracks reduced significantly,and the crack depth was controlled within the anchorage zone.Based on the support technology for coal-rock interaction composite roof,the 110902#roadway bolt length was determined to be 2.4m,and the 110902#roadway supporting scheme was redesigned.The cross point monitoring results show that the roadway support ring restrains the deformation of roadway surrounding rocks.The section size can fully meet the requirements for safe production and use.
