摘要

枣泉煤矿位于毛乌素沙地西南缘,地处我国西北干旱风沙荒漠化地区.为科学有效根除枣泉煤矿开发生产煤炭能源中产生的煤矸石污染危害,在科学制定出合理、适用、实用土地复垦治理煤矸石工程技术机理,系统、立体、复合型设计方案的基础上,通过规范、严格建设实施挡矸墙建造、排洪工程构筑、覆土工程、矸石回填场坑底整平、挡洪坝建设和植物种植等项目,以达到治理煤矸石为绿色生态科技创新为目的,凸显出对煤矸石科学系统全面治理和高质量提升矿区能源开发的经济效益、社会效益、环境效益的融会贯通,实现枣泉矿区可持续发展.

Abstract

Zaoquan Coal Mine is located in the southwest margin of Mu Us Desert,which is in the arid and sandy desertification area in northwest China.In order to scientifically and effectively eliminate the pollution hazards of coal gangue caused during the development and production of coal energy in Zaoquan Coal Mine,the reasonable,applicable and practical land reclamation and treatment-coal gangue engineering technology mechanisms and systematic,three-dimensional and composite design schemes were formulated scientifically;through the standardized and strict construction and implementation of the gangue retaining walls,flood dis-charge structures,soil covering works,the bottom leveling of gangue backfill yard,flood dam construction and planting of plants,the coal gangues were backfilled promptly to completely eliminate any harm to environ-ment caused by coal gangue,so as to implement high-quality and high-efficient land reclamation engineering techniques,achieve the purpose of coal gangue control through green science and technology innovation,high-light the comprehensive management and promotion of the scientific system of coal gangue,as well as the in-tegration of economic,social and environmental benefits of high-quality energy development in mining areas,thus achieving the sustainable development of Zaoquan mining area.
