A braking logic transformation circuit is proposed to address the safety hazards of some brands of in-service units being unable to reliably shut down in the event of emergency shutdown, where the high-speed shaft brake is locked and the air brake fails.Firstly,a parallel overspeed detection circuit is connect-ed to the high-speed shaft braking circuit. When the unit is detected to be over speed, the high-speed shaft brake is in a released state.Subsequently, the overspeed detection circuit is connected in parallel in the yaw brake caliper braking circuit and yaw action circuit. When the unit overspeed is detected, the yaw caliper is in a released state, and the unit automatically enters a crosswind yaw braking state. The brake logic modifica-tion circuit takes into account the shortcomings of unreasonable high-speed axle braking and insufficient air braking capacity, and optimizes the original brake logic circuit.On-site verification shows that the modified braking circuit plays an important protective role in the safe and reliable shutdown of the unit.
