摘要

国能驻马店热电有限公司(以下简称驻马店公司)1号机组厂变A分支零序过流动作跳闸,厂用电快切装置闭锁切换,导致6kVIA段母线失电.对机组跳机原因进行分析,并提出了全新的6kV厂用电设备微机综合保护装置校验及开关实际分闸时间测定方法,对分析保护时限配合以及实际厂用电保护定值整定的可靠性具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

In Guoneng Zhumadian Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the Zhumadian Compa-ny),the zero-sequence overcurrent action of the branch A of No.1 unit auxiliary transformer tripped,and the block switching of auxiliary power fast switchover device led to the loss-of-power of 6 kV section-IA bus.This paper analyzes the causes of the unit tripping,and puts forward new methods for checking the mi-crocomputer integrated protection device of 6kV house-service equipment and measuring the actual opening time of the switch,thus providing certain references for analyzing the coordination of protection time limit and the reliability of setting the actual auxiliary power protection setting.
