In the current new development stage,we build the new electricity system dominated by wind pow-er,photovoltaic and other new energy sources,and implement the new development concept and new develop-ment pattern proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.We are committed to the ambitious goal of building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.In areas with high power consumption and good conditions for new energy resources,the construction of green power supply parks with integrated source-grid-load-stor-age is encouraged and promoted in order to achieve efficient utilization of energy and sustainable develop-ment of environment,study the integrated and optimal allocation plan for the source-grid-load-storage,en-hance and optimize the balancing capacity of the system.
