摘要

通过介绍翅片换热、冷凝模块2种新型节水消雾逆流机械通风冷却塔的工作原理、结构特性及其设计节水效率,结合某煤化工企业现场生产实际情况,深入探讨新型节水消雾冷却塔在技术应用中的优劣,尤其是针对新型节水消雾冷却塔在冬季运行中出现的冻堵问题,提出解决方案,为实现系统的高质量稳定运行提供基础保障.

Abstract

This study provides a detailed introduction to the working principles,structural characteristics,and water-saving efficiency design of two novel types of water saving and fog-eliminating counterflow mechanical draught cooling towers,i.e.the finned heat exchange and the condensation module type.According to the ac-tual production conditions of certain coal chemical company,the paper explores the advantages and disadvan-tages of water saving and fog-eliminating cooling towers in technical applications.Specifically,it addresses the issue of freezing blockages that occur during winter operations of these cooling towers,and proposes solu-tions to overcome these challenges,thus ensuring high-quality and stable operation of the system.
