In the context of widespread application of digital technology,traditional internal risk management cannot meet the enterprise development needs and external regulatory requirements,and enterprises urgently need to build a digital risk management system to address major risks and thus improve quality and efficien-cy.Taking CHN Energy as a sample,it systematically summarizes the design ideas,system features and effec-tiveness of actively building an internal risk control and management system and informatization platform based on the background of digital strategy,which is of great significance to the implementation of digital strategy transformation and enhancement of building the internal risk control and management system and in-formatization platform by central enterprise groups under new circumstances.
